Having successfully been in business together for nearly 20 years, husband and wife team, Neil & Karen Howard opened the Bournemouth branch of Spatek Ltd in 2005 and are now one of the leading hot tub retailers in the Bournemouth & Poole area. As authorized stockists for Artesian Spas, Spatek Ltd offers one of the finest quality spa ranges available in the UK.
Showroom
With both inside & outside display areas, you can view the wide range of spas on display in a relaxed & comfortable environment. There are always a minimum ten spas on display, with at least four or five spas filled & running for demonstration purposes. We are open 7 days a week between the hours of 10am & 5pm.

Installation & Commissioning
Prior to the delivery of every spa a visit to site is carried out to determine access suitability. All spas are delivered & installed using Spatek Ltd’s own experienced installation team. Having installed & commissioned the spa, the client is provided with the spas operating manual, chemical instructions & warranty certificate. In addition to these the client is provided with a step by step demonstration in relation to every aspect of the spas operation, together with detailed advice in relation to water treatment & balancing. At Spatek Ltd we pride ourselves in offering unequalled on going support, so if there are any future queries we are always happy to offer our best advice & support.
Annual service Plan
s part of our on going support, Spatek Ltd offers a comprehensive annual service plan to its customers. Depending on the size & specification of the spa, the service takes anything between 3-5 hours. At an average cost of £245.00 + VAT this service not only keeps the spa in tip top condition but also helps to provide our customers with years of un-troubled enjoyment of their spa at an extremely reasonable cost.
